About Murathan Oktar
Murathan earned his law degree from Hacettepe University Faculty of Law in 2020 and became a licensed attorney through the Ankara Bar Association in 2021. His passion for immigration and international legal systems led him to the United States, where he completed an LL.M. in U.S. Law at Loyola University Chicago in 2023.
In 2024, he was admitted to the Missouri Bar, officially licensed to practice law in the U.S. With legal experience rooted in two countries and a deep commitment to supporting individuals and families navigating the U.S. immigration system, Murathan brings valuable insight and leadership to our growing practice.
He recently joined Tunc Law Firm as an Associate, where his cross-border perspective and client-first approach help guide our clients toward a more secure future.
